CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the best service for all clients, please note the following: A deposit fee is required to secure your appointment. No-shows will be charged the full deposit fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will also be charged the deposit fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and the deposit fee will be forfeited and you will be rescheduled.
